For over 50 years, Earlybird has been the area leader in fertilizer application innovation. Decades ago, Ralph Gudeman realized that broadcast application of dry fertilizers was inaccurate and inefficient. He began to experiment with producing liquid suspension fertilizers that could be blended into almost any analysis and then applied in a concentrated band. Driven by the goal of applying nutrients according to the 4 R’s of Nutrient Stewardship, Earlybird has refined the production and application process into highly successful crop fertility strategy.
